    The Dunn tire in Fredonia Damaged part of my rim won't fix it and don't take any responsibility. The lady think that I am responsible for the failure they made.

    I went to a few shops to check if they could fix the part, they dont have the tool to get it fixed. The valley tire in Dunkirk finally got my problem fixed for free.

    The Dunn tire is very unprofessional toward their jobs. They said they don't trust me the part was damaged by them, my gf can even proof just before I went in the shop with no rim problem.

    I am not very sure how they did for other people, this is my first time get serviced at Dunns and I will not come again.
    Just hope people can see this take a reference.

    I believe Midas or valley tire will do better.
